Privacy policy

Studyly (“we,” “us”) is operated by Jungle Inc. When you submit your email through the Studyly Get Started form, we collect: your email address, the page slug you arrived from, the page URL, the referrer (if any), your user-agent string, and your IP address. We use these only to send you a one-click access link to the underlying study app and to understand which pages convert.

We send the welcome email through Resend. Your email is shared with Jungle Inc. so they can provision your account on the study app. We do not sell your email or share it with any third party other than Resend (transactional sending) and Jungle Inc. (account provisioning).

We use PostHog for product analytics on Studyly pages. PostHog records anonymous interaction events (clicks, page views, scroll depth) and stores them in the United States.

You can request deletion of your record by emailing hello@studyly.io from the address you used to sign up.
